3. 1 bag of cotton & hand sanitizers (Benz Co-Rana)
4. 35 bottles Ceelin (120ml) (Lissa)
5. 2 electric fans, 1 box Ambroxol, 2 boxes Amoxicillin , 1 box toilet paper and cotton (Abie Co & Friends)
6. 3 packs of Blue Skies, 4 bottles Carbocisteine, 4 bottles Paracetamol, 2 bottles of Ascorbic Acid, 2 bottles of Smarty Vitamin Syrup, 50pcs. Ascorbic Acid tablets (Myra Rodriguez)
7. 1 bag of clothes (Eileen & Matthew)
8. 2 boxes of Banana Peel slippers (Rhea Uyco)
9. 1 bag of used clothes & 1 bag of used shoes (Tricia Faustino)

Note: There were some errors in the receiving copy of St. Martin de Porres Hospital. 1 bag of used clothes and 1 bag of used shoes should have come from Tricia Faustino (not Patricia and Myra); 35 pcs. of Ceelin (120ml) should have come from Lissa not Roche; The hand sanitizers from Benz were also omitted from the list but they were donated there. Apologies for the errors.
